Back in August, Jake’s parents gifted me a slow cooker and I have been looking forward to these colder months to start testing some recipes! I have always loved a warm, hardy meal in the winter and my new 7 quart All-Clad slow cooker is the perfect gadget for homemade meals that require minimal prep and maximum flavor. I also purchased ‘The Slow Cookbook’ which has a variety of 200 recipes from stews and soups to casseroles and roasts. The book doubles as a 2-in-1 because if you don’t have a slow cooker, each recipe offers step-by-step instructions for the traditional oven method. I cannot wait to share some of my favorite recipes and meals from my slow cooker and recipe book as I begin to try them out.
