


I am SO excited to bring this segment, Cooking with Charles, from my Youtube to life on the blog! Charles, my dad, has been cooking the most delicious and healthy Lebanese recipes my entire life and I thought it was time to learn them. I figured what better way to do it than by filming, having these cooking memories together, and sharing for everyone to have! I have no doubt that you will love this simple hummus recipe and that it will become a staple in your life. See below for recipe ingredients and instructions. Ingredients:
- 2 Cans of Chickpeas
- ½ Cup Tahini
- Lemon Juice from 2 Lemons
- 4-5 garlic cloves (add more if you want it garlicky!)
- pinch of salt
- ½ Glass of Water
- Olive Oil (optional, for serving)
- Paprika (optional, for serving)
- Mint (optional, for serving)
Recipe:
- Blend all ingredients (chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water) in a food processor (okay if you use a blender too!)
- Scoop into serving bowl
- Top with olive oil, paprika, mint
- Grab some pita or veggies, scoop, & Enjoy 🙂
