Go-to Smoothie Recipe

My daily routine involves my 2-mile morning walk followed by my go-to smoothie recipe! This smoothie is packed with nutrients and supplements, it is quick and so delicious. Along with mixed berries, peanut butter, and yogurt, I always incorporate a scoop of Golde Shroom ShieldΒ powder for immunity and stress defense as well as dark chocolate Slate Milk (use code VIVIANE always πŸ™‚)- a protein milk which is all natural, lactose free, zero sugar, and environmentally friendly.   • 1 cup Frozen Berry Mix
  • 1 TBSP of whole fat Greek Yogurt- use less if you don’t want it thick
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 TBSP Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 TBSP Golde Shroom Shield powder
  • Splash of Milk (I prefer to use Slate milk)


  1. Add all of the ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until everything is mixed together. (Add more milk if you want it a thinner consistency)
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy! (I like to top mine with walnuts and eat with a spoon!)
