

My absolute favorite, super simple, everyday salad recipe! This salad is made of nothing but goodness. I compile all of my go-to veggies onto arugula and top with a simple combination of olive oil, apple cider vinegar or balsamic, salt and pepper. I have this at least twice a week and am sure I could eat it everyday and never get sick of it. See below for my everyday salad recipe and feel free to add or take away any ingredients to make it more of your own!!
Ingredients
- Lettuce (any lettuce of your preference, I love kale and arugula personally!)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Yellow Onion
- Pepper- any color
- Kalamata olives
- Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Lentils (I love Trader Joes, linked here)
- Olive Oil
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Balsamic
- Salt
- Pepper
