Cannellini Beans

One of my favorite and simple dishes passed down by my dad is this cannellini beans recipe! The perfect snack or side dish, it’s super simple and only requires 3 main ingredients. See below for the ingredient list and instructions on how to make this cannellini beans recipe! 

Ingredients 

  • 1 Can of Cannellini Beans

  • 1 Whole Onion

  • Fresh Italian Parsley

  • 1 Lemon

  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil

  • Garlic Powder

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Instructions

  1.  Rinse 1 can of beans really well! (Strainer)

  2.  Put in bowl

  3.  Slice 1 medium size white sweet onion

  4.  Wash and dry fresh Italian parsley leaves and chop roughly

  5.  Crush 4 cloves of garlic

  6.  1 1/2 squeezed lemon

  7.  1/4 cup olive oil

  8.  Mix lemon, oil, garlic, salt (to taste), and crushed black pepper together

  9.  Pour mixture over beans, onion and parsley.

  10.  Toss everything together and let sit for about 30 min before eating! (Allow flavors to soak!)
