Banana Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe With Hormone Support

I had the most delicious smoothie at The 1 Hotel in Hanalei Bay while on vacation in Kauai. This smoothie is a refreshing blend of strawberry and banana with hints of cinnamon and peanut butter and comes together in minutes! The second I got home, I was set on recreating it for myself and got very close to replicating the exact recipe. I added supplements like maca powder for hormone support and cacao nibs to reduce cellular damage, which also adds a delicious flavor to the recipe! 

I’ve been making this smoothie almost daily since getting back home from my trip. If you try it, I hope you love!

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen) 
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) 
  • 2 TBSP peanut butter – we use natural & unsalted with no added oils or sugars! 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP maca powder
  • small handful cacao nibs
  • 1 date
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • Add all ingredients into a blender
  • Blend ingredients together on high until smooth. Adding more milk to thin if necessary!
  • Pour into a glass and top with more cinnamon and cacao nibs (optional) and enjoy!
