Easter Sunday at Home

and Happy First Post! I figured talking about my Easter would be a great first post since it’s a day that revolves around family, friends, Jesus, and LOVE- all of which I cherish the most in my life.

If you’re from New Jersey, or any surrounding states, you know that Easter Sunday was absolutely beautiful- like 80 degrees beautiful! We spent the day eating (a lot of eating), playing the egg-cracking-game (not sure what the actual name is), and taking family photos!

Dad's cooking! Being half-lebanese, we eat a whole variety of dishes on big occasions and celebrations. Grape leaves, lentils, lasagna, hummus, baba ganoush, mixed salad, fish, and a whole lot of other very yummy foods!  Hope to share some of these delicious recipes soon! Dad’s cooking! I usually start freaking out when my mom asks “Viv, do you have anything to wear for ___?” The answer is 9.9/10 times… no mom… because honestly, what girl is actually happy with the clothes that are in her closet? NOT ME. ever. Especially on a big occasion, we want to wear something new and feel good in it!

Well thank God that I went out with my sister and found this super fun and flirty romper!

I found it at SouthMoon Under and best of all it was more than 50% off!!!

ruffle-off-the- shoulder. big loosey-goosey gaucho pants. nude heels.

Such an easy, carefree yet put-together, simple look!

Shoes: Steve Madden Shoes: Steve Madden

I hope you all had a beautiful day spent with your family! Keep them close to your heart because they are the BEST!!

xo,

Viv
